Warranty

Centellax provides a comprehensive one-year factory warranty with all test and measurement products and all connectorized modules. This warranty is designed to provide peace-of-mind for your investment in Centellax products; we are committed to the quality of the products we offer, and we back this up with our guarantee.

Products covered by the Centellax factory warranty:

• Test instruments and accessories
• Connectorized modules (effective June 18, 2009)

The Centellax factory warranty coverage:

• Centellax warrants Centellax hardware products against defects in materials and workmanship, and that Centellax hardware products conform to Centellax published specifications
• Warranty does not cover abuse, negligence, shipping damage, or defects resulting from improper maintenance or calibration, customer-supplied software, interfacing or supplies, unauthorized modification or improper use of product, operation outside the published environmental specifications, or improper site preparation or maintenance

The Centellax factory warranty services include:

• All parts and labor necessary to repair or replace your damaged product
• Firmware and embedded software upgrades as required
• Recalibration for repaired or replaced products requiring calibration
• Return domestic shipment (expedited or international shipment is extra)

Term of the Centellax factory warranty:

• 12 month (1 year) coverage from the shipment date
• 36 month (3 year) extensions and 60 month (5 year) extensions are available for test and measurement products; warranty extensions must be secured while the product is still under warranty
• Repaired or replaced product warranted for 90 days or the balance of the original warranty coverage, whichever longer
