Standard Warranty - Test Instruments and Accessories

The Standard Warranty is included, at no charge, for all Test Instrument and Accessories (hereinafter referred to as "Product")purchased by Buyer under this agreement. The Standard Warranty provides:

1. Hardware repair and return;
2. Firmware problem resolution;
3. Unlimited telephone access to the Seller’s technical support staff (8:30AM to 5:30PM Pacific Time, Monday through Friday, except holidays).

For new equipment, the Standard Warranty expires twelve (12) months after the day of shipment of the Product to the Customer.

Under the Standard Warranty, Seller will repair a defective Product or replace it with a functionally equivalent Product during the coverage period. Repaired or replaced Product is warranted for a period of ninety (90) days or the balance of any remaining warranty coverage, whichever is longer.

Extended Warranty - Test Instruments and Accessories

To meet Buyer’s needs, Seller is offering an Extended Warranty service providing continued coverage after the expiration of the Standard Warranty.

Before the expiration date of the Standard Warranty, Buyer may elect to enroll in the Extended Warranty service plan for a period of 12 months or 24 months beyond the expiration date of the Standard Warranty. The Extended Warranty can be further extended if Buyer enrolls before the expiration date of its current term.

The Extended Warranty provides:

1. A continuation of telephone access to Centellax's technical support staff;
2. Firmware updates as needed;
3. Hardware repair and return;
4. Yearly calibration service for qualifying products at the beginning of each extended warranty period year.
