The OA3MHP is a small, single channel, two stage high performance, broadband 40G / 100G optical modulator driver with low jitter, 8 V output amplitude, excellent gain and group delay flatness. It is designed for 40G DQPSK and 100G DP-QPSK long haul optical modulator driver applications. It is ideally suited for integration into small form-factor (SFF) transponders. The OA3MHP is offered in a small ceramic surface mount package with outstanding performance, intended for transponder integration.
