The OA4SMDM is a dual input high performance broadband 43Gb/s Electro-Absorption optical modulator driver amplifier with very low jitter, 4.5V amplitude, with excellent gain, group delay flatness, and matched to 45GHz. It is designed for electro-optical test equipment and SONET OC-768 / STM-256 optical modulator driver applications. It is available with DC bias tee or peak amplitude detector options, but not both at the same time. The OA4SMDM is the new model number for the OA4SMM4.
