5-20 GHz MMIC Amplifier with Integrated Bias

Product description

The UA5M20MC is a two-stage PHEMT high gain amplifier designed to be insensitive to process or temperature changes. Its high isolation make it ideal for applications requiring both gain and isolation. The device can be operated at 5 V 135 mA, or 3.3 V 108 mA for integration with mixed-signal circuitry.

This product is RoHS compliant. The pad and paddle metalization consists of an Ag barrier metal with a matte Sn finish; non-Sn products may be available, support [at] centellax [dot] com (contact us) for more information.
