0.05-15 GHz Ultra-variable Broadband Prescaler

Product description

The MX1DS10P is a broadband 0.05 GHz to 15 GHz prescaler with a variable divide ratio between 2 and 1048576 (2^20). All inputs and outputs are DC coupled using CML logic levels, and can be used single-ended or differentially. Control inputs are CMOS and LVTTL compatible. The MX1DS10P is packaged in a 40-pin 6x6 mm leadless plastic surface mount package.

This product is RoHS compliant. The pad and paddle metalization consists of an Ag barrier metal with a matte Sn finish; non-Sn products may be available, support [at] centellax [dot] com (contact us) for more information.
