Centellax’s portfolio of test products is the perfect fit for anyone looking for a low-cost test solution with extremely clean eye and fast rise and fall time. The array of products that cover up to 45G can be combined in different ways to provide a modular test solution for a specific test need. Centellax also offers several pre-assembled modular systems at a “bundle” cost, which is even lower than the sum of the already low individual product price. Bundled Modular Test Solutions

The 40G BERT System consists of one Centellax TG1P4A (40G PRBS generator), one Centellax MD1S4M (40G demultiplexer), one Centellax TD40MCA (40GHz divider), one Centellax TA0L50VA (50GHz amplifier), and at least one Centellax TG1B1-A (10G BERT). True 40G PRBS generator combined with various PRBS pattern error detector completes an ideal system for testing your device performance.

The 10 BERT System consists of one Centellax TG1B1-A (10G BERT), one TG1C1-A (Clock Synthesizer), and an option to add a Centellax TR1C1-A (Clock Recovery Unit). With a newly introduced clock synthesizer, and plug-and-recover clock recovery unit, Centellax provides very easy solution to test your devices up to 12.5G.

The PRBS Parallel Generator System consists of one Centellax TG1C1-A (Clock Synthesizer), and at least one TG2P1A (10G PRBS). Muti-channel output clock syntehsizer enhances the current single channel PRBS generator to have mutiple channels to test several devices in parallel at once with a synchronized clock, reducing the testing time significantly.
