Firmware Upgrades

To obtain current product upgrades, select the desired item from the following list. 

PCB12500

Installation instructions: To upgrade the firmware running inside the PCB12500, you must run an Upgrade Utility application that runs on a PC connected to the PCB12500. The Upgrade Utility application is version specific; for example, you must run the Upgrade Utility version 1.9 to install firmware version 1.9. Please read the Upgrade Utility User's Guide carefully before proceeding.

Version 1.9

Note: In order to upgrade to version 1.9, version 1.4 must be installed first (see below). To find the firmware version on the PCB12500 front panel, navigate to the Main Menu, then to the System Menu, and select Instrument Info. The firmware version is listed next to the "FW" field.

The latest version of firmware is 1.9. This version supports the TG5P1A, TR1P1A, and TG7P1A remote heads on the PCB12500. Please click here for the Release Notes.

Version 1.4

Version 1.4 supports the TG5P1A and TR2P1A remote heads (it does NOT support the TG7P1A).
