Standard service turn around time is 15 business days once received by Centellax.

Regardless of warranty status, products with customer damage will be subjected to service fees.

After-Repair Return Information
All RMA services include free return shipping. In-warranty service is provided with FedEx or UPS Priority shipping. Out-of-warranty service will be shipped via FedEx or UPS Ground. Alternatively, provide your shipping account number and shipping method and Centellax will process your request.
