Inside Sales Associate - Full Time
About the position:
Centellax offers an exciting opportunity for a full time Inside Sales Associate. This position reports to the Inside Sales Manager
Centellax seeks a professional with sales and/or customer support experience to support the company sales team by interfacing with customers, sales representatives, as well as the internal departments (application support, engineering, and operations).
Objective:
To recruit a professional Inside Sales Associate to answer the phone and support the sales, and customer service teams through processing of quotes, sales order processing, tracking of orders, post-sales support, and miscellaneous organization and administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
The Inside Sales Associate reports to the Inside Sales Manager. This is a support position with growth potential. The Inside Sales Associate is responsible for answering the phone and directing the calls throughout the company as needed. He/She is also responsible for assisting with processing, tracking and closing the loop on order processing, order tracking for sales, demos and samples. He/She is an effective communicator interfacing with the customer, responding to sales quotes requests, coordinating with other members of the sales team as well as the production and engineering departments.
The Inside Sales Associate should be familiar with using a CRM to manage, plan, document and coordinate task with other team members. He/She also will use the company's ERP to process and track transactions.
Required Experience:
Outstanding verbal and written communications skills; Familiar with Windows-based software such as Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint; Understanding of CRM functionality (such as SalesForce, Act, Siebel, SalesLogix, etc.); 2-3 years of sales administration/support or customer service experience would be a plus; International business experience preferred (understanding of EAR's, international shipping, documentation); Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
Required Education:
Minimum 2-year college education with emphasis on sales and marketing; Bachelor Degree Preferred with emphasis in sales, customer service, marketing.
Location:
The Inside Sales Associate will be located in Santa Rosa, CA.
Compensation:
Base salary based on experience and incentive compensation.
