Julio Perdomo, Ph.D. - Co-Founder, President & CEO
Dr. Perdomo has over 20 years experience in the high tech industry. His professional experience includes business development, sales, marketing and engineering. Prior to founding Centellax he worked at Agilent Technologies, where he led design efforts in several high frequency MMIC products and managed technical consulting services. He holds B.S.E.E., M.S.E.E., and Ph.D. degrees from Cornell University.
 
Jerome Nathan - Chief Financial Officer
Jerome Nathan has over 20 years of financial and managerial experience across several industries in public and private companies. Mr. Nathan joined the company in 2001. He also sits on the board of directors of Themis, a high performance computing company and  Quorum Labs, a disaster recovery solution company. He graduated from the University of Paris II, School of Law (LL.M.) and attended its Comparative Law Institute and its Business Law Institute.
 
Federico Lipparini - Director of Sales
Federico Lipparini has more than 13 years of experience as a successful sales executive in high-technology companies, including SyntheSys Research, Inc. and LeCroy Corporation. He holds a BS in electronic engineering from the University of Bologna in Italy.
 
Christian Bourde - Co-Founder and Director of Engineering
Christian Bourde has several years of experience in designing advanced technology circuits and subsystems. His expertise includes high-speed mixed signal IC design, and all aspects of product development. Prior to becoming Director of Engineering he was the Product Technology Manager at Centellax for 5 years. And Prior to Centellax he was with Agilent Technologies. He holds B.S.E.E., and M.S.E.E. degrees from UC Santa Barbara.
 
Len Ball - Director of Operations
Len Ball has over 15 years experience in the field of operations. His professional experience includes business planning, managing world wide materials, and consignment operations. Prior to his employment with Centellax, he has worked at Sun Microsystems, Motion Analysis, and Tellabs. He has worked his way up from machinist to Director of Operations and has brought a multitude of experience to Centellax.
