Julio Perdomo, Ph.D. - Co-Founder, President & CEO.
Dr. Perdomo has over 20 years experience in the high tech industry. His professional experience includes business development, sales, marketing and engineering. Prior to founding Centellax he worked at Agilent Technologies, where he led design efforts in several high frequency MMIC products and managed technical consulting services. He holds B.S.E.E., M.S.E.E., and Ph.D. degrees from Cornell University.

Jerome Nathan - Chief Financial Officer.
Jerome Nathan has broad financial and managerial experience across several industries that spans over 20 years. He held executive positions in companies such as Tekelec, a publicly held telecommunications equipment manufacturer, Octagon Overseas Investment Corp., a South-East Asia-based institutional real estate investment company and RM Crowe, a Dallas, Texas-based commercial real estate company. Mr. Nathan joined the company in 2001. He is also a member of the board of directors of Themis, a Fremont, California-based high performance computing company. He graduated from the University of Paris II, School of Law (LL.M.) and attended its Comparative Law Institute and its Business Law Institute.

William Sitch - Director of Sales.
William Sitch has previously held positions of Field Application Engineer, Marketing Application Engineer, and Design Engineer at Centellax, and Design Engineer at Nortel Networks. He holds a B.Eng. and an M.A.Sc. in electrical engineering from Carleton University and the University of Ottawa in Ottawa, ON, Canada.

Christian Bourde - Co-Founder and Director of Engineering.
Christian Bourde has several years of experience in designing advanced technology circuits and subsystems. His expertise includes high-speed mixed signal IC design, and all aspects of product development. Prior to becoming Director of Engineering he was the Product Technology Manager at Centellax for 5 years. And Prior to Centellax he was with Agilent Technologies. He holds B.S.E.E., and M.S.E.E. degrees from UC Santa Barbara.

Doug Robison - Director of Operations.
Doug Robison has 20+ years experience in the electronics manufacturing business. Doug has worked for NASA, Anritsu, Coastcom, Beckman Instruments, Andros, and Credence Systems before coming to Centellax. He holds a degree in Computer Information Science, and has completed the first year of the Oregon Graduate Institute’s MBA program.

Don McGinty - Manufacturing Engineering Manager.
Don McGinty has over 25 years of experience in the microwave industry contributing in areas of signal analysis, circuit design, measurement systems software and hardware design, and quality management. Prior to Centellax he was with Agilent Technologies. He has held various positions as an engineer and as an engineering project manager, IT manager, and quality manager. He has a BS in E.E.C.S. from UC Berkeley and a MS in E.E. from UC Davis.
