Senior Manufacturing Engineer

About the position:
Centellax offers an exciting opportunity for a Senior Manufacturing Engineer reporting to the Director of Operations.
Responsibilities:
- Own the manufacturing and delivery of test products to customers, including managing external test labs, and contract manufacturing scheduling.
- Work with test engineer to develop plans, procedures and cases to ensure all aspects of key specs for the product are properly tested and monitored
- Collaborate closely with application engineers to resolve issues of quality and manufacturability as learned from customer inputs
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues that have been found during pilot run.
- Work with the development engineer to refine and determine product specifications and support the NPI process to release quality products
Experience and Education Requirements:
- This position requires a minimum of 5 years of experience, including at least 2 years in production hardware activities, and experience in manufacturing test instruments or systems.
- A bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering is required.
- Proficient with industry standard software tools. Some programming capabilities are expected.

Location:
This position is based in Santa Rosa, CA
Status:
US Citizen, Green Card holder, or authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
Compensation:
Base salary commensurate with experience. Incentive compensation based on accomplishments. Attractive benefits and stock option package.
